my thought of the day

Pride, fear, resentment, and habit are all tough evidence of the flesh. But those who are being shaped into the image of Christ do not go the way of the flesh. Woman and men of God do not manipulate events so that they can be pleased and get what they want. That’s why God crushes pride, removes fear, breaks into resentment, and changes long standing habits until the whole inner being is renovated…. Until we rest in our God and are ready for His will, not ours, to be done. I Timothy 4:7 discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness. Prayer dear Lord I ask that you take away the weeds and replant with love. Remove from me what u feel is getting in the way of ur purpose for me. In Jesus name we pray amen.

Love is Kind Missionary Trip Benefit Dinner

Today I am at Tie-Dyed Doula's house having dinner prepared by Willie Bo Dillie-he's the Bestest in the Westest (east really). We are charging donations for spaghetti, salad & garlic bread to raise money for my Missionary trip.

I am going to Rocky Boy, Montana (a native american reservation) to work with youth through Project Serve. I leave June 15-23. Please pray for me and the people that I will be serving.

I really feel privledged to be able to serve people and teach people about being a good steward for the Lord.

If you would like to donate, you do not have to send the money to me, you can send it directly to Project Serve. I will post the information for this in a bit.
